Leslie Watson (pictured), is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, an ex-Great Britain international athlete and an ultra-distance, marathon, and road runner. Her outstanding athletic achievement was holding the World's best time for 50-miles on both the road and track during the 1980's.

More recently she has worked in private practice, developing appropriate treatment schedules for members of the general public as well as competing athletes of all levels. The required treatment will, of course, vary depending upon the nature and severity of the injury and may require more than one visit. In extreme cases, she will refer a patient to an orthopaedic specialist.
